Yoga for Caregivers

We caregive at work, at home, and for ourselves. Sometimes we forget ourselves, though. This workshop blends self-kindness tools with relaxation and movement to bring the focus of attention inside to the one who does it all. 


Uplifting Yoga

An excellent class for Seasonal Affective Disorder, mid-winter blues, and mood imbalances. 

We sometimes forget that we can boost our own mood...if we have the tools. Learn physical postures and mindset interventions to cultivate emotional balance. There is a strong link between body awareness and emotions and yoga techniques can bridge that gap.


Trusting Your Body Again

An excellent class for post-partum mothers, cancer survivors, and after surgery recovery.

Recovery from an injury or disease can lead to feelings of distrust in our own bodies. Will my body betray me (again)? With self-kindness, gentle movement, and deep relaxation we can create an environment where we begin to observe and interact with this “new” body, in hopes of letting go of judgement and pain from the past.
