Mindfulness is a key program for developing emotional intelligence, self awareness, and building team safety at work. With the lens of mindfulness, we can be conscious decision makers who no longer function on auto pilot and identify deeper feelings and needs that may arise in workplace conflict.

5 Minute Mindfulness
We often don’t have more than 5 or 10 minute moments throughout our day to practice. Learn techniques you can integrate throughout the day to return to baseline and re-establish a sense of wellbeing throughout the day. This includes movement, breath work, relaxation techniques and attention training.
Interested in training programs? In Spring 2026 we will be rolling our training programs for teams. Intensives for small groups and on-going practice sessions.
Change Habits with Mindfulness
Are your habits detracting from your wellbeing? How can mindfulness, developing a deeper awareness of attention, actually help us change our habits? Is there a way that our daily living can be aligned with greater goals in the form of habits? Based on Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, Dr. Judson Brewer, and James Clear’s work.
Mindfulness & Technology
Mindfulness can give us a lens through which to view our most ingrained habits. Our attachment to technology can be a habit that needs to be reviewed now and again. In traditional mindfulness meditation, we begin to notice that we are either attached or averse to many things in our daily experience. As we notice this tendency, we can begin to distance ourselves from our impulses to act from this dis/like. We will use meditation to reflect, along with questions to open the pathway of insight into our technology habit.
