Eileen discovered yoga in her early twenties. For her the practice started out as a curiosity, was returned to during challenging times, and slowly became a committed practice that keeps her aligned with Life. It is the nurturance of consistent practice in the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda that she seeks to share and empower others with. Believing that yoga should be accessible to all, she specializes in teaching to a diverse spectrum of populations, in Corporate Wellness, Addiction/Recovery Treatment, Prenatal/postnatal/children, as well as the Deaf Community in American Sign Language. In addition to teaching yoga, she coaches individuals and groups in Health/Lifestyle Wellness to live intentionally with integrity and ease. Other professional certifications include NIC (Nationally Certified interpreter) and CIH (Certificate in healthcare interpretation).
