Monica loves yoga and meditation because they offer opportunities for fresh perspectives and insights into well-being. Her classes and personal practice emphasize awareness, embodiment and compassion. Monica's experience and highly interactive approach allows her to customize classes to meet the specific needs and interests of each group. Monica's training includes two 200-hour yoga teacher training certifications, Relax and Renew Restorative yoga teacher certification, Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball Practitioner Training, Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance, a two year mindfulness meditation teacher certification and mindfulness mentor certification. She is currently training with effortless mindfulness teacher, Loch Kelly.
