Jennifer began practicing yoga in 2004 to stretch while she was training for a marathon. She was immediately drawn to the way her mind and body felt after her first classes – centered, peaceful, and open. With each subsequent practice, she felt that her yoga journey began to exponentially open physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual doors. A school counselor at the time, Jennifer was working with two girls on a bullying issue when she realized how clearly the girls' emotions were showing up in their body language. The power in which this realization struck her was the catalyst that led her down the path to teach. Jennifer completed her 200-hour vinyasa yoga certification in 2012 at Midtown Athletic Club and her Level 2 Reiki Training at Soleil Wellness in 2016.
