Our studio is your workplace.
We don’t just talk about stress management, we do it! Learn yoga based techniques for relieving physical stress as well as mental stress. And what we know is that the mind affects the body and vice versa.
We offer introductory lunch and learns, weekly classes, and one-time workshops. Weekly classes teach participants long term how to change their body and minds.

Inward Office aims to create a program that engages your employees, fosters cooperation and trust in the workplace, and adds value to your company.
We design a program based on the unique needs of your workplace. Our clients schedule 20-minute, 30-minute, and 1-hour classes that fit easily into employees’ schedules. We provide promotional materials and online registration so that the program administration is quick and easy. Our instructors are highly experienced and adaptable to all workplace settings. Supplies are provided in order to make class accessible to every employee. Many of our classes don’t even require a change of clothes.
At health fairs and events we promote healthy lifestyle choices. We teach employees how breathing and movement exercises can help them to better manage their stress levels.
A healthy workforce means a productive workforce. Exercise changes our brains, improving memory, learning and problem solving.
Something for Everyone
Yoga meets you at your level. Each pose can be modified to suit seniors, children, and every person in between. Our goal is to promote healthier movement patterns by strengthening muscles and improving flexibility. During the first few classes our instructors will assess the participants’ knowledge and build a class around them.
Our instructors are familiar with the physical imbalances that come from sitting at a computer for long hours and highly active jobs.
Beside our introductory yoga fundamentals class (a gentle hatha approach to yoga), we offer more intensity in Active Yoga, Zumba, and Toning classes. If you prefer a gentler approach, we recommend Chair Yoga or the MELT Method, an innovative practice that uses rubber balls to release tension in the body.
We only work with qualified and insured instructors. Each instructor has at least 200+ hours of training, as well as years of teaching experience before they joined our team. They share our philosophy: to support a healthy and stress-free work environment.
Sometimes we need a coach to make our goals a reality. Inward Office strives to place a wellness leader, not just an instructor, at the front of the class so we can support each individual on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
As more employees join the program, a community of support develops around them and small changes become bigger ones. Our programs are not online-based because we believe that face-to-face contact is necessary to realize the full benefits of a well lifestyle.
